My Journey

Hi, I'm Loren, the soul behind Pause And Connect. I'm a 31-year-old, mother of two and I'm based in Wiltshire. My journey began with a deeply personal need to improve my own mental well-being. Living with Bipolar Disorder has meant navigating the highs and lows of mental health firsthand and over time, I realized how powerful mindfulness and connection could be in creating balance.

Join us in a space dedicated to mindfulness, community and well-being. Here, we believe that taking a moment to pause can create powerful ripples of change in our mental health and daily lives. 

Through guided meditation and reflective discussions, my sessions provide a supportive and grounding         experience - whether you're looking for inner calm, connection or a simple moment of stillness. 

But this journey is about more than just personal well-being. Pause And Connect is built on the belief that   mental health matters for everyone, which is why a portion of all proceeds goes to the mental health charity Mind. By joining me, you're not just investing in yourself, you're helping to support others on their path to  healing too.

One-to-One

In a private, one-to-one session, you'll receive personalized       support tailored to your specific needs, allowing for a safe space to explore your mental well-being and find grounding techniques that work best for you. 

Mind

Mind is a leading mental health charity, offering advice, support and resources to those               experiencing mental health     challenges. They work to raise awareness, reduce stigma and  ensure everyone has access to the help they need, when they need it. 

Group Sessions

My group sessions provide a   supportive environment where  individuals come together to meditate, share experiences and offer encouragment in a relaxed, non-judgemental space, fostering a sense of connection and community.
